Margareta Appalachia is a project dedicated to the ancient ecological beauty of Appalachia, built in memory of the peacemaker and restaurant owner Margaret Eileen Eros Shifflet (1973-2001). The website tells the story of Margaret and features the memorial project at Burning Man and the people involved in her living memory.
