Hydra Subsea is an offshore services company specializing in integrated subsea construction, inspection, maintenance and repair, decommissioning, and project management — primarily serving the Gulf of Mexico energy sector. They own and operate a fleet of four DP2 subsea support vessels equipped with Schilling work-class ROVs and survey capabilities, and they operate out of a 23-acre waterfront shipyard in Port Arthur, Texas. Their corporate offices are in Houston.
The company serves major oil and gas operators and contractors including Shell, Equinor, Oxy, Murphy Oil, Apache, Transocean, and Subsea 7, among others. Over the past decade they’ve grown from a single-employee startup to a team of 100+ personnel spanning marine operations, ROV, QHSE, and project management disciplines, positioning themselves as a turnkey provider for complex deepwater subsea scopes.

JellyFlea helped reimagine their website with a modern design featuring videos of their fleet, shipyard operations, and ROVs. JellyFlea created multiple custom WordPress modules to manage the specs of their 4 vessels, Leadership Library, and Project Portfolio.
